    This is a really tasty banana bread. It is moist an has a great stong taste of bananas. When we offered this bread along with other cakes, this was the favourite and eaten up first. So this is how you do it:

    • 100 g butter
    • 375 g white sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
    • 285 g sour cream
    • 2 packs vanilla sugar
    • 3 g ground cinnamon
    • 2 g salt
    • 9 g baking soda
    • 350 g all-purpose flour

    Step 1:
    Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). In a bowl, mix butter an sugar. After that, mix in the eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla sugar and cinamon. Work in Salt, baking soda and flour and pour the dough in a greased pan.

    Step 2:
    Bake for 1 hour or until a inserted tooth pick comes out clean.

    As a variant, you can add a mix of sugar and cinamon in the grease pan before you fill the dough in the pan.
